Autonomous
robotic
inspection
Modular, vendor-agnostic robotic platforms that combine advanced ultrasonics, precise 6-axis motion and intelligent data workflows — repeatable, fully traceable NDT on complex industrial components.
Too manual.
Too variable.
Too hard to scale.
Why NDT automation is critical on complex geometries: the industry still depends on the gesture of the operator.
High operator dependency
Inspection quality still varies significantly between operators. Complex geometries make consistent probe orientation and coupling extremely difficult to repeat.
Cost, time & scalability
Long inspection cycles, production downtime, and a growing shortage of qualified Level 2/3 experts create bottlenecks for critical assets.
Traceability & audit burden
Manual documentation is slow, error-prone and often disconnected from the actual inspection data and robot path.
Safety & access constraints
Many high-value inspections occur in confined, radiological or hazardous environments where manual execution carries high HSE cost.
A modular, vendor-agnostic robotic inspection platform
We integrate the best available hardware and software into coherent, repeatable inspection workflows — without locking customers into a single robot or sensor brand.
Robotics & trajectory
6-axis robots with intelligent surface following, automatic TCP calibration, and precise, repeatable paths even on complex curved or welded geometries.
Advanced NDT integration
UT, PAUT, TFM/ATFM with stable coupling and full synchronization between robot position and ultrasonic data acquisition. Hardware-agnostic by design.
Software & data layer
Digital inspection workflows, real-time robot–NDT synchronization, automated reporting and complete traceability from geometry to final report.

Early tests with the Fairino FR5 — first trajectory and tool positioning on a representative test part. NDT-integrated demos coming next.

Credibility through targeted technical conversations.
We are in active technical discussions with leading players in advanced ultrasonics, robot control systems, and high-value industrial sectors. Our priority is to convert this interest into demonstrable prototypes and first paid Proofs of Concept.
NDT technology partners
Active discussions with providers of advanced ultrasonic systems (PAUT, TFM/ATFM) for integration into robotic workflows.
Robotics & control
Exploratory work on real-time robot control, multi-brand trajectory generation and low-level synchronization.
Aerospace & space
Early technical interest from organizations seeking advanced, traceable inspection methods for complex critical components.
Industrial & energy
Ongoing outreach to companies operating high-value assets that require frequent, high-quality, documented inspections.
All conversations remain at an early stage. No commercial agreements or binding commitments have been signed. Our focus is on building demonstrable technical proof before expanding commercial discussions.
Built by someone who has lived the problem on the shop floor.
Robinspect is not a robotics idea applied to NDT from the outside. It comes from direct experience with the real constraints of advanced ultrasonic inspection in demanding industrial environments.
- NDT Level 2 certified (UT & ET) with hands-on experience in nuclear, aerospace and critical industrial environments.
- Direct experience delivering 6-axis robotic inspection projects in highly regulated sectors.
- Deep understanding of both advanced NDT physics and real-world customer constraints around quality, HSE and documentation.

A focused 24-month roadmap.

Robotic NDT, in plain terms.
- What is robotic NDT inspection?
- Robotic NDT (non-destructive testing) uses a 6-axis robot to move an ultrasonic probe along a part — welds, curved skins, complex geometries — with a repeatable path, stable orientation and full traceability. ROBINSPECT builds that inspection system, not a generic robot cell.
- Can a robot perform ultrasonic testing (UT, PAUT, TFM)?
- Yes, if trajectory, coupling and acquisition are designed together. ROBINSPECT integrates UT, PAUT and TFM/ATFM with robot position so the scan is synchronized — the same idea as a skilled inspector, without the variability of the gesture.
- Which industries need automated NDT robotics?
- Aerospace and space structures, energy and nuclear assets, heavy industry and any site where critical components are expensive to stop, hard to access, or must be documented for audit.
- Are you locked to one robot or sensor brand?
- No. The platform is vendor-agnostic: multi-robot, multi-sensor. The value is the inspection workflow — geometry, trajectory, acquisition and report — not a single hardware stack.
- Where is ROBINSPECT based?
- Belgium, with a focus on Europe and the United States. Technical discussions are already open with NDT, robotics and high-value industrial players.
